Roku soundbar keeps disconnecting

New roku soundbar brand new out box keeps disconnecting then says keep your device plugged in until we finish updating this make take a bit but everything is up to date and it just blinks on and off from that screen. Does nothing else

Your inquiry is still not quite clear. If you are having issues with your Soundbar disconnecting, have you tried using another HDMI port on the TV as well as switching out the HDMI cable used to connect the Roku soundbar?
