My roku tv stopped working out of nowhere. I can hear the sound when I press the buttons on my remote but there is no picture at all. Just a black screen. I looked up how to resolve this issue and all i’m reading is to unplug it, reset by using the reset button on the back & by the remote and nothing is working. The small red dot at the bottom of my tv will flash , then it will cut off , then it will stay red. I need answers!!!! This is the first time this has happened and I have had this roku for 3 years without any issues until now!

Roku doesn't make the TVs, so you'll have to contact the manufacturer.

Can you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you are experiencing? Are you using a Roku player or Roku TV? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue? How long has the issue been occurring?
