Roku Wireless Speakers 9020X one speaker sounds like it has a blown cone

Jump to solution

New set of 9020X speakers and subwoofer paired to a new roku stream bar, at first I though my computer desk vibrating, turn out its the speaker I was using as right channel and it sounds like a speaker sounds when the cone is blown and it happens on all viewing material with heavy bass unless I turn off the bass in the settings and audio is normally at about 26/100, I have gone though the troublshooter and tried different 5g channels/2.4 channels/restarting/factory reset/everything was up to date/moving the speaker 20 feet away I even reset my speakers and switched audio channels. The same speaker makes horrible noises during scenes with heavy bass reagardless of what app I am using or streaming music from my phone. So whats the deal? And turning off sound leveling doesnt fix anything either.
