My 4 month old Onn Roku tv just went into recovery today and is also stuck there. I do not think i will buy another Roku device as this is my 5th and no help. There is other options.

My 40 inch Onn Roku Tv is stuck on a Recovery loop. I reset and unplug and everything under the sun . and it is still stuck. I do believe I first tried a update to fix this but it failed so perhaps it deleted all the software trying to update and the update failed. So now it just downloads the software and then reboots and goes directly to the recovery screen to start all over. To be honest, I might just never buy another Roku product after this as it is all to frustrating. I also think it could be some type of bug in the Tvs with the programing.

Hi,  I have an Onn-Roku HDR10 70" doing the same thing and I've tried everything previously mentioned and when it restarts it comes back up in Recovery Mode.  I've been trying everything all morning and nothing has changed.

This has happened to me too. The update work fine for my 24 inch but the 32-in is stuck in that same loop that you speak of. Been working on it for 3 days with tech's. BTW the chat keeps throwing you off for idle time and you have to find a new tech and explain it all over again and they start you on the first process over and over again. Then they send you to a specialist by the way you already asked for after the second time you were thrown off and you get thrown out of chat again for idle time this has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a piece of electronics. If it isn't fixed soon and I buy another TV it will not be an Onn TV with Roku.

I've done the regular reset , the remote reset and in the unplugging and back plugging still returns to recovery mode continuously doesn't go to regular homepage

Last night i was watching tv and my Onn Roku just went into recovery mode. I tried the usb FLASH DRIVE method but its noting giving me the 12-digit-code but instead its saying its up-to-date and cannot downgrade to a previous software.i also tried connecting to my internet but it saying download fail. what should i do next
