Does the Roku TV access all the same  apps that you are able to get on a Roku streaming device?

Yes.  It's basically just a regular tv that also has Roku functionality built in.

  • Roku Streaming Stick +, 3810X, Ser YH0059427035, wifi - Samsung UN55ES6100
  • Roku Streaming Stick, 3600X, Ser 5S56D8240827, wifi - JVC EM37T
  • TCL Roku TV 43S425/C107X, Ser X000001R60KV, wifi

A new Roku Tv will have ALL available apps that any other roku has, it just depends on the age of the tv. I have an older Insignia roku tv that doesn't get Apple tv, where the newer TCL & Hisense Roku tvs do.
