i connected it to internet then when i do it updates and restarts then i have to set up my tv again and update it again i’ve done this 7 times i can use the hdmi’s but not netflix or any streaming service any ideas ?

We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device.
I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network or mobile hotspot to see if you can get your Roku TV set up.
