Roku TV, sound bar audio issues with cable box

Hi, I have a Roku TV, sound bar, and cable box.  The audio is set up using an HDMI with ARC.  The sound bar works perfectly with the Roku apps, but the sound is delayed when using it on some of the cable box cable channels.  How do I fix this?

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community!

If your Roku audio is out of sync, check the hardware and cables. If there are no signs of damage, turn off the Roku's volume mode audio leveling and power cycle. If none of this works, perform a system restart to your Roku streaming device by navigating to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. It is also a good option to restart your cable box by doing a power cycle.
