Roku TV not showing Network name

I have a Onn Roku TV and having trouble seeing the network name. I also have Verizon Fios in the antenna slot. Can't get cable channels either. Information below:

Roku TV 7827X

Onn. Model 100012584

Serial number  YN00VK746222

Software 10.5.0*build 4201-AT

Device ID M089DV746222

I Factory Reset TV and still same problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated and Thanks 😊

If it's not seeing your Wi-Fi network it's possible your router is configured for a channel that isn't supported or it's set to "Auto" and it automatically switched to an unsupported channel.  For 2.4GHz networks only channels from 1 to 11 are supported and on 5GHz channels 48 and below or 149 and above are supported.
