I believe mine to defective as well. During the initial setup I scan and absoulety no networks show up. I purchased two of the same TVs for my children's rooms and fresh out of the box one set up perfectly and the other has been giving me fits. The models are Roku TV 8121X TCL Model 32S331 (which isn't even on the TCL pull down list when you try to register the product). Should I just return it for a replacement?
