Roku TV not able to open/access channels

We can’t open the Netflix, Amazon Prime or YouTube channels on our Roku TV. After selecting the app with the OK button, the tv attempts to open it, but after 3-4 seconds, it kicks back to the home screen.

Thanks for the inquiry.

Try removing the channels from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your Roku TV from Settings>System>Power>System restart. Once your Roku TV starts up again, add the channels back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

Thanks for the inquiry.

Try removing the channels from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your Roku TV from Settings>System>Power>System restart. Once your Roku TV starts up again, add the channels back once more.

Thanks for the update.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku TV brand and model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)

Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team to investigate further.

TV not able to open/access channels

I am having the same problem.

I have a Roku TV, 7126X, model 43S403, Serial number YN00KR099292

Software version 9.4.0 build 4200-30

I am not able to add any channels.  I have done a reset to factory settings and a power restart.

No luck.

Can you please provide us with the specific steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? In addition can you please provide us with screenshots of the issue you are experiencing?
