Hello! @Melorazee,

Thank you for posting in the Roku Community!

Thank you for contacting us regarding the autoplay problem you've encountered while trying to watch the next episodes of the movie. We understand how important it is to have a seamless viewing experience, and we are happy to assist you in resolving this issue.

Is the issue happening on all contents/channels, or is this isolated to 1 content/channel?

system restart is the simplest way to reset your Roku device. This is not the same as just pressing the power button on your remote or the TV. To restart the system, unplug the power cord from your Roku device for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in. If unplugging the power cord is hard, you can also restart your Roku through the Settings menu, as long as you can use the remote.

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart

In either case, your Roku device will complete a system restart and hopefully return to regular operation after a moment. If it does not, continue to the next section. How to resolve a channel playback issue
