I have a Phillips Roku TV. For about the first 3 months of having it, there were no issues. However, every week or so, whenever I turn it on, I have to completely set it up like new again. If anyone can let me know what’s going on that would be great.

-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
With more detailed information we will be able to investigate the issue further.
