I have a Phillips Roku TV. For about the first 3 months of having it, there were no issues. However, every week or so, whenever I turn it on, I have to completely set it up like new again. If anyone can let me know what’s going on that would be great.

Im having the same issue but with me its every time i open and close the tv so basically every night its been like this every since i bought it and my wifi is good

If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

With more detailed information we will be able to investigate the issue further.
