Roku TV does what it wants.

I have 5 TV's. 3 of them are roku TV's. Now 2 of the 3 tvs has been turning the volume up and down, switching apps, and powering on and off.... by itself. I can sit there and try to fight it with the remote but it does no good. Is it possable the upstairs neighbor has a roku and they are messing with my TVs without knowing?

Do they share Wi-Fi with you?  They could be using an app to control your Roku either knowingly to mess with you or unknowingly.  Try setting "Network access" to Disabled under Settings->System->Advanced system settings->Control by mobile apps.  If that does the trick then the neighbor must be on your network.
