Roku TV cannot activate with code?

I have a Roku tv and wireless connection with suddenlink in New Bern.  Here at my beach house I have a vizio tv and recieve wireless through Spectrum.   I can recieve Netflix/wicth my antennae, but cannot recieve an activation code.  Have opened a new aaccount  at 2nd docicile

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? What exactly are you seeing on screen?
