Roku TV can’t change Crave Account, help!

Hi everyone, thanks for taking a moment to be here. I have a RCA Roku TV and when I open the Crave app it always loads to a grey “Who’s Watching” screen with only 1 account option (“SAMELLY”, Admin Profile, lock symbol). I have no option to sign out or anything. If I click on the profile to sign in it asked for a 6 digit pin (Your profile is restricted. The account PIN is required to switch profiles.) I’m getting frustrated because how can this app hijack my TV like this, I’ve factory reset the TV and the crave continues as I’ve described. Anyone have any experience or advice? I don’t believe this profile on my tv for the crave app is mine.

Does the issue only occur on Crave and across other channels installed on your Roku device?

Have you tried removing the affected channel Crave and then re-install again? If not, we suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.
