Roku TV assistance

Help, your product is not working!!!

I need customer service. Tv is less than two weeks old. Nothing works. No one is calling me back!

As @makaiguy mentioned, have you tried contacting the Roku TV manufacturer support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.

A "Roku TV" is called a Roku TV because its manufacturer has licensed the Roku operating system, which includes Roku functions, to run on it.  This is much like a "Windows computer" from a variety of manufacturers that runs Microsoft Windows, or a "Chromebook" that runs Chrome OS from Google.  For all of these, the actual manufacturer is responsible for the unit itself.

"Nothing works" sounds like a problem that needs to be taken to the set's manufacturer.  That's who supplies the warranty.
