Roku TV and Denon AV Receiver, no sound with Roku APPS

I have a 55" TCL QLED, Harmony Remote, and Denon AVR-1911.  Sound works perfectly with all attached devices through Denon except when using TV Apps.  All HDMIs attached, system has been checked and works with all five attached devices (Firestick, APPLE TV, Blu-Ray, Nintendo. They are attached to ARC on TV and Denon.  TCL is set to control ARC.  I get sound everywhere through Denon except when using the APPS on the TV.  Any suggestions?
