I've had this Roku Hisense TV and the wifi connection does not work anymore(I've only had it for 2 weeks) I've done a factory reset. Unplugged both my router and tv. Changed passwords. Moved router closer to TV. Unplugged all HDMI. I also contacted Hisense and they told me to contact you. NOTHING. And keep in my mind literally every other device in my house has excellent wifi. Please help before I return this junk for an actual smart tv that works

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Is your TV no longer detecting your wireless network or any network? Is there an error code that you see?
