Thanks for the post.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
If the issue is still not resolved, please provide us with the following information:
-Roku TV brand and model number
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS
(these all can be found in Settings > System > About)
-channel version (select the channel on the Home screen and press the * button)
-is this issue only occurring on live TV? does this issues also occur with Video on Demand (VOD)?
-when did this issue start to occur?
-if this happens again, please provide us with a Tracker ID of the incident (after the issue occurs, press the Home button 5 times followed by the Back button 5 times)
