I am trying to talk a relative (he's 92) through re-configuring the picture size over the phone. The problem is by the time I get him to the right place in the Settings menu and he tells me what the current setting is, it times out and kicks him back to the beginning . Somewhere there must be a display timeout for the menus but I can't find it. The bandwidth timeout has no affect. Any help would be appreciated.
