I had to reset my Roku TCL tv after it was lagging, I pressed the reset button on the back. I didn’t know it factory Reset the tv. I lost my remote a while back and now I can’t use the tv except for the volume and power buttons under the sensor.

Please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
