Roku TV Losing sound every 20 min

I just bought a 55’ Roku tv less than a month ago. The sound keeps turning off and I have to power the tv off every 20 min. I search through other topics and have already tried all the suggestions. What can I do? Is there a warranty? Thank you

Yes, there is a warranty - through the manufacturer of the TV (not Roku - they only provide the system software to the manufacturer).

You need to contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
