I keep losing sound. Video works fine. I'm not using remote speakers, just the TV stereo. The only thing that fixes it is to turn off the TV and reset the modem. It's happening more and more frequently. It's not an internet issue, as none of my other devices are effected.
Can you please provide us with more information regarding this issue? Is this issue happening when you are watching a specific channel or does it happen on all channels? Does it happen on specific content or anything that you watch?

I keep unplugging it. I’ve tried to reach someone at Walmart, they never called back. It’s an Onn tv and I’ve never had one before, I think it’s a poorly manufactured Tv. I’ve left it on while I cooked dinner and it’s got broken sound now.
