Roku TV - Activated but won't start

I have an existing account and I added a new tv to it. It is all set up and received the email and picked out what apps I wanted. It said everything was activated, but on my TV the email screen is on and can't do nothing but enter the email. I enter the email address get the email add my apps and it tells me that it is activated. The TV still has enter email address, its just a circle. Email, activated, email,activated, email.

Unplug the power for several seconds and plug it back in to see what happens.
