We set up our T.V. got the email to activate our account. Then I went thru the process of setting up said account. Went back to log in on the T.V. and it is not regonizing my email and tries to make me do the process again. I am getting very frustrated as the screen says once activated it would go to roku. Instead it just stays the same screen. We did a factory reset and it still is not working. And yes the T.V. updated once conneted to the internet.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? After you activated the Roku TV and updated the device, are you able to use the TV? What are the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
