I understand that you're having a bit of trouble with your Roku Streambar, as it turns on and switches to Demo Mode after just one minute. There are a few possible reasons for this, whether it’s something with the Roku Streambar itself or your TV. I’d love to help you sort this out, so could you share a bit more information about the issue?
- What is the current Software Version running on your Roku? Here's how to check it, (Home > Settings > System > About.)
- Can you snap a pic of the prompt when it shows up? Check out this link to see how to share a pic in the Community.
- Aside from pressing the reset button on the back, have you tried any other steps to fix the issue?
In the meantime, try unplugging the Roku Streambar completely from the back of your TV and see if the prompt still appears.
