If your device never had 9.3.0, or if its been "too long" since you updated from the previous version (as determined by Roku), then you wont see the previous version offered when you select "update software" - just the same version.
In that case, you cant revert - but you can report (though you never mentioned what specific issue(s) you were having):
Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing?
In addition, can you please provide us the following information: -Roku device model -serial number -device ID -software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About) -does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button) -tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
With more information we will be able to assist you further.
I also have this problem. I thought it was tied to the audio. I have a Sony Bravia TV. I have tried using the HDMI ARC, the Regular HDMI & Audio, and the regular HDMI and I get sound out of the sound bar for all of them. But several times daily, it will say audio is not working switching to TV speakers, at which point it restarts and goes back to the home page. It has happened on FuboTV, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, does not seem to matter what channel.
