My ROKU Soundbar say "Please keep your device plugged in until we finish updating, this may take a bit"
Thanks for the post.
Have you tried performing a factory reset on your Roku Soundbar and setting it up again to see if you are experiencing the same issue?

Please keep us posted what you find out.
Thanks,

I just tried to install a new Streambar. It initially came up fine but then I tried to update to the latest software version and it got stuck on the bouncy logo for 30+ min. After I hit the reset button on the back, it only shows the “please keep your device plugged in until we finish updating, this may take a bit” message forever. I tried a factory reset with the 10 second reset button method but it never really resets, just comes back with the same “please keep …” message.
Thanks for the post.
When trying to perform a factory reset, please make sure to press and hold down the reset button for at least 30 seconds regardless of what is happening on screen.

Hi @RokuDanny-R , thanks for the quick response.
I tried a 30-second and even a 1-minute hold on the reset button but no difference. It just shows that same screen forever. Looks like this unit is bricked.
Meanwhile, I contacted Roku Support via the Chat and have been escalated to someone knowledgeable with Streambar issues. I'm waiting for their call-back.
Cheers, Damir
