Roku Soundbar Problems

i have a Roku soundbar and subwoofer. Purchased 4 months ago and everything worked fine. 2 days ago the subwoofer started popping every 2 minutes during the night with nothing playing on tv. Unplugged the subwoofer to make it stop. Trying to pair the subwoofer to the soundbar again and the soundbar cant even find the subwoofer. Reset soundbar and subwoofer. Still cant find it. Soundbar connected to wifi, subwoofer 3 feet from soundbar. Any help would be appreciated.

Please send me a PM with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there.
