I have same issue. I have pressed the reset button. I have chosen the reset option. My stream are is only  few inches apart but still cannot launch programs.

My Roku soundbar keeps blinking orange after reset.

I tried factory restarting and unplugging and trying different cords and it loads the Roku screen then says no signal

Have you already tried connecting the Soundbar to another HDMI port on the TV to see if that helps?

For troubleshooting purposes, can you try connecting your Soundbar to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
