We have Hisense Roku Smart tv, with a 1 year old Roku sound bar hooked up, lately, on different channels the show will freeze and start and stop, and sound will distort, sound like they are talking in slow motion, we are using a hdmi cable for the sound bar, the reason I’m pretty sure it’s the sound bar is last night we were watching a show and everything started acting up, went to another tv with the same show and had no problem, disconnected the sound bar from the tv we were having a problem with and the problem stopped, and hasn’t returned, any help would be appreciated.

Are you only using the soundbar for sound and not streaming? Is the soundbar plugged into HDMI Arc? Have you rebooted your TV and soundbar?

We are using it for streaming and do have hdmi into arc

If you have a Roku TV why don't you use the Roku TV to stream. Only use the soundbar for sound. To restart your TV go to Settings/System/ Power
