Roku Smart Sound Bar Disconnects

So I purchased the new Roku Roku Smart Soundbar about a month or so ago and since day one, I have had connectivity issues. After set up, an update was found, and once completed it took half a day for it to connect to my WiFi.  Eventually, it connected, but the problem consistently returns. 

I try following the trouble shooting steps of rebooting the sound bar, unplugging it, even rebooting my actual router (even though none of the other devices in my house have any trouble connecting), but at least once a week I run into the same issue again and again.

The sound bar is located about 3 feet away from my router and is not obstructed by any walls or other items.

It's been aggravating to say the least.

If adjusting your wireless network (changing the wireless broadcast channel, etc. isn't helping), send me a PM with your Roku account email address and the serial number of your Roku device. I'll get you in touch with our support team to see if there's anything else we can do to help.
