PLEASE HELP.... Have Roku Onn Subwoofer, Roku Onn Sound bar, the sound bar has paired just fine to Roku and TV, but the Subwoofer white light flashes and is not even being seen by other devices. The Roku doesn't recognize it's there when I try to pair it. PLEASE HELP

I'VE TRIED RESETING SUBWOOFER, resetting Roku System, System is up to date 11.0.0 BUILD4193, resetting TV, unplugging power bar.   How can I make it visible AND PAIR IT??
