Does anyone know if the Roku OS 12.4 Known Issue/Bug Affecting Connectivity in Managed Communities is going to be resolved with Roku OS 12.5?
Many have been unable to use their TVs for months due to Roku's known issue/bug in these communities, yet the support team has no way to assist and does not seem to care about the fact that their customers are unable to use their own TV products.
I reviewed the https://support.roku.com/article/228844467 and https://developer.roku.com/docs/developer-program/release-notes/roku-os-release-notes.md but haven't found much addressing this ongoing known problem.
