Can I use the enhanced remote with TCL 55" Class 4K UHD Roku Smart TV - 55S423?

It will pair to it, you can control it through walls, will the headphone jack can't say for sure. Go into the settings> system> about> Roku tv ?

What number is listed after Roku tv, these are series of tv  the enhanced remote works with:

Roku TV (model series 6000X, 7000X, C000X, 8000X, A000X)

The only number it says for model # is 55S423

I have three roku tv's and they all have tv series number along with model number. You can take a chance but if you can't be sure its falls in to that list of models, I wouldn't take the chance. Are you purchasing it for the headphone jack, or just want voice command? You can get the $19.99 voice tv remote it will work on your roku tv.
