All responses to audio issues with commercials say the loudness is set by the provider. I’m using the Roku channel and a Volvo commercial comes on that is many db higher than all other content including commercials. All this does is annoy me about Volvo. Not sure how your advertiser likes that. Please check this. Or better yet, monitor your own channel for quality and head situations like this off before they even become an issue. Digital is not always a level playing field. You can’t just dump content in and not check it. It’s called quality control. Let’s practice that and keep a good channel great.
