Roku Channel App Froze...Can't Reset Roku TV

Purchased RCA Roku TV last few months. Was watching the Roku Channel App when it froze. Try to reset many times by unplugging power cord for several minutes, then replugging. Used Roku Remote by pressing Home Button 5x, Up Arrow Button 1x, Rewind Button 2x and Fast Forward Button 2x. But to no avail. Sound and everything is good. But screen shows multiple vertical lines.

Ain't this something! Roku TV stuck on the Roku Channel! Smiley Sad

Thanks for the post.

Couple of things:
1) We would recommend unplugging your TV for 5-10 minutes to see if that resolves the issue of your TV being frozen
2) Can you clarify the issue you are experiencing with vertical lines on your TV? Do these lines appear regardless of what you are watching. If this is the case, this would appear to be a hardware issue that you would need to contact your TV manufacturer for further assistance.
