I have an issue with my Echo dot 4th gen and my Roku Streambar. Both are connected on the same wifi network and using the same band/frequency (4G) Roku skill is enabled and is paired to Echo dot however when I perform a command to Roku (ex: open netflix in Roku or open youtube in Roku Alexa will say opening netflix in roku.. you will see the prompt on the TV that is thinking but nothing happens afterwards.
