I just purchased roku express and i wanted to try Rivertv app, but it is greyed out and not available to add. I tried searching info on rivertv site but i wasnt able to find any detailed info. 

I was wondeting if its available only for roku 4k or what the issue may be

It appears to only be available in Canada.  Are you located in Canada using a Roku account created in Canada?  Note that using a VPN or anything that masks your true location either when trying to add the app or when creating a Roku account will cause problems.

Yes i am in canada not using vpn

Are you searching for it on the device itself or on Roku's channelstore website?  If you search on the device itself, do other apps that are only available in Canada like Crave show up?
