Replacement remote doesn't have a pair button, TCL65s513

Our puppy ate the original remote. For some reason our son did a factory reset of the TV. Now when it's powered up a screen appears with instructions (pictures) how to pair the remote. The replacement remote doesn't have a pair button and we cannot progress past this screen. Because of the factory reset it isn't online so the Roku app is useless too...Help please.11A97767-201B-4FE7-B358-EFC46952D3BF.jpeg

Please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS. 

If you need a replacement remote for a Roku TV, you would need to contact your TV manufacturer. You can contact TCL here: https://support.tclusa.com/televisions or at 1-877-300-8837.

You can also purchase a remote that is compatible with your Roku TV here: https://www.roku.com/products/accessories/roku-tv

It may not have the pairing key in the battery compartment but if it were Roku tv IR remote you would still be able bypass that screen and continue registering it. This replacement remote describe it, does it have a power button, and volume keys with a mute key? Does it say Roku tv on it at all? Can you post a photo of the remote?
