Hello, My TCL Model number is 55US57-w. I need a new replacement remote. This model number is not known when you enter it to find remote capability. Help is needed as my dog chewed the remote. I work and those at home can't use my phone as a remote so i am in need of a new remote.

All Roku TVs from TCL use the same set of infrared control codes.

Please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
