So I just got my TV today and I’ve just put it up and it won’t stop turning off and on it doesn’t allow me to do anything, and the little red light keep flickering I’ve tried to factory reset it by holding the reset button for 10 seconds, then 30, then for a minute, I’ve tried to unplug it, it just won’t let me use it

Mine is doing almost the same it just won’t do anything but bunk red

However, the issue you are experiencing may be related to a hardware issue. In this case, we recommend contacting your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support.
