Would this apply to my situation, when I turn the tv on, it brings up the streaming service but then shuts off. When I turn the tv on again it's ok

You seem to have trouble with your Roku TV since it turns off and on by itself. We're happy to help. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check the cables: Ensure that all the wires connected to your TV and your device (such as a cable box or streaming device) are securely plugged in and not damaged. Try unplugging and plugging them back in to see if this helps.

Reset the TV: Try resetting your TV to its factory settings. You can usually do this by going to Settings> System> Power> System Restart.

Contact manufacturer support: If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact the manufacturer's support team for further assistance. They may be able to diagnose the issue and provide a solution or recommend a repair.
