I need the same help. I have reactivated my Roku Onn tv 4 times now. and everytime, it gets caught in an update loop. It was having connecting to the internet issues before I reset to factory settings. and now as I tried to set up the tv again, it's in a constant loop. I have even unplugged the tv over night, replugged in and still in the loop. I need help, please.

To perform a software update, your Roku TV must have a good connection to the internet. If, for some reason, this connection is unreliable or an unexpected outage exists, your Roku device may be unable to update to the latest software.
