My tv is a hisense 50 . How can i get rid of the lines if the menu isn't showing up.

If you have lines on the screen, I suggest reaching out to Hisense technical support directly.  You could try a factory reset and see if that helps, but if lines keep reappearing, then you might have a hardware issue and Hisense would be the ones to talk to.
