Re: About a 65" onn Roku tv from walmart model #100012587

My mom picked up same tv.  It started acting steange a month in.  The tv would bump us out of streaming platforms for no reason.  Then, about 3 months later after bumping us off Netflix a green line appeared vertically.  I reached out to Roku who had me reset the tv, the cable etc.  This went on for 8 months.  It cleared upon reset then returned.  Finally, Roku said reach out to Onn, its hardware.  I did that and they rejected warranty claim for tv being over 1 yr old.  Junk and horrible cust svc

Hi @KeithN,

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

We want to investigate this problem you had with Roku TV further. Could you send us a photo or video clip? Is this issue only appearing on one channel, or are you seeing this problem as well through other channels?

We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks,
The Roku Community Team
