thanks for bringing this to our attention. We would be more than to assist. Have you tried to do a system restart to see if it resolves the issue? If not, we recommend performing it by going to Settings System > System Restart. After this, restart your router.
Additionally, you can try to use a different ethernet port to see if you notice any changes.
