The red light is on but I can't turn the tv on. It just suddenly stopped working.
I tried the power button on the tv, changing the batteries on the remote, pressing reset button, pressing and holding reset button, turning on through Google home, unplugging and replugging, unplugging and waiting 5 minutes before replugging. So far, nothing works.
I have used the tv for 4 months and it is probably around a year old. RCA support requires me to have a copy of the receipt for warranty which I do not have.
Anyone had this problem before or have an idea as to how to fix it?

Have you tried contacting RCA support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
