Hi, I have a RCA ROKU TV 32 inch that doesn't let me put on SLEEP MODE...  There is even a button for it on the remote and it doesn't work.  I tried going into the settings but nothing there also.

Roku doesn’t make TVs. RCA made your TV so it’s best to reach out to them. So did you follow the steps in this link I posted? Have you restarted the TV? Tried a factory reset? What version of Roku software are you running? What’s the model number of your TV?
